My Turkey Soup

Components:
1 quart turkey broth
1 pint potato water
1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 carrots
2 stalks celery
1 parsnip
About 4 oz. portobello mushrooms
3 medium potatoes
2 or 3 stalks kale
2 cups cooked, chopped turkey or hen
