Ramen will be vegan, too!
Celebrated ramen joint Mendokoro Ramenba has launched 4 new additions to its menu, a wide range of plant-based ramen choices replicating its current well-loved bowls.
“The identical ramen flavors you’ve liked, now meat-free,” Mendokoro introduced on Instagram.
Kicking off the vegan specials is Vegan Shio, which has a soy broth topped with binchotan-grilled vegan meat drizzled with truffle oil.
Subsequent is the Vegan Shoyu, which options binchotan-grilled vegan meat, chili paste, and drizzled with garlic oil.
For spicy lovers, the Vegan Tantanmen is topped with plant-based floor meat combined with a number of seasonings, spices, and a beneficiant sprinkle of chili oil.
Final however not least is an Aji Tamago which is a guiltless vegan rendition of a soft-boiled egg product of soy, potatoes, and tomatoes.
