How to make a sweet potato snack Atropellado de Camote

Right here is learn how to make tasty candy potato snack — Atropellado de Camote.

Substances:

4 to six candy potatoes

1L of coconut milk

1 cup of grated coconut 

1 cup of sugar 

Step 1:

Wash your candy potatoes and preheat your oven at 400 F. After 10 minutes, insert the candy potatoes and depart them within the oven for 40 minutes to an hour. 

Step 2:

Whereas the candy potatoes are within the oven, pour the coconut milk and the grated coconut in a container for the coconut to melt. 

Step 3:

After the potatoes are prepared, take them out of the oven and mix them.

Step 4: 

Add the blended candy potatoes into the coconut combination and mix. 

Step 5:

Put a pan on the range at medium warmth and add the combination into it. Go away for 15-25 minutes. Stir repeatedly. 

Step 6: 

Pour the combination again into the container and placed on the fridge to chill off. 

Step 7:

Serve and eat!
